Google Calendar Accounts are added to Our application MyMedical Online using OAuth authentication. OAuth is a secure mechanism which gives MyMedical Online access to Your Google account data without letting it know Your password. This token is valid during Your use of MyMedical Online and is stored on our servers for the duration of your subscription. If you stop using MyMedical Online the saved refresh token and relevant data are automatically deleted. If you wisht to re-enable the your Google Account connection with MyMedical. You’ll be prompted to re-authorize MyMedical Online for each Google Account using OAuth. You can remove your linked account whenever you wish by clicking on the appropriate button inside Our application.
MyMedical Online's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our application MyMedical Online is a CRM application which among other features offers ability to use Google Calendar alongside the integrated MyMedical Online calendar. It allows the user to view his events in three separate views, month view, week view and day view. Moreover, the user is able to create, edit or delete events. Therefore, the MyMedical Online app syncs the events of the authorized user’s Google Calendar.
The syncing of the user data happens directly from the MyMedical Online application with the Google Calendar API.
The event data are stored in our servers which are hosted in Google's Cloud Platform and there is no third party involved.
Here, the following applies in particular:
The App will only use access to read, write, modify or control Google Calendar events and will not transfer this Google Calendar events data to others.
The App will not use this Google Calendar data for serving advertisements.
The App will not allow humans to read this data.
For a few features of the MyMedical Online app, it is necessary to transfer a very limited data set of Google user data to Our servers. The following paragraphs are describing which data will be used and why:
To present you the Google Calendar's events in the most optimal way, we save the first Google Calendar Events that are obtained during the initial sync on our servers. This is done to avoid constantly rquesting Google's servers and is in accordance with Google's implementation requirements.

MyMedical Online's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related Services.
The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.

This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.
